SALGA Limpopo Provincial Executive Officer (PEO) leads and manages the Limpopo Provincial Office of SALGA so that an effective service is provided within the SALGA mandate to local government in the province whilst their specific needs and requirements are understood and represented at a national level.
SALGA Limpopo office is situated at Polokwane, home to the capital of Limpopo, Capricorn District. Located on the Great North Road (N1 highway). Capricorn District is also the economic centre, with Polokwane contributing 13% of the provincial GDP. Polokwane is the province’s main centre of industry, commerce, education and medical services, and hosted matches during 2010 FIFA World Cup.
